Service Description
AI Baseline provides an AI-powered fluency assessment platform. Users can take conversational assessments to measure their AI competency across 5 dimensions, receive scores, personalised learning plans, and a shareable public profile.
Accounts
You must create an account to take an assessment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts may not be shared with other individuals.
Payments and Credits
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable after an assessment has been started. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for credits that have not been used. Subscription credits are provided on a recurring basis and are subject to your subscription terms. All prices are in USD.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AI Baseline to: submit false or misleading information during assessments; attempt to manipulate AI scores through adversarial inputs; scrape or copy assessment content; impersonate other users; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Assessment Results
Assessment scores are generated by AI and are intended as an educational tool, not a professional certification. Scores reflect performance at the time of assessment and may not fully capture all aspects of AI competency. Results are stored indefinitely as part of your account history.
Intellectual Property
The AI Baseline platform, including its assessment content, scoring methodology, and design, is owned by AI Baseline. Your assessment responses remain yours. You grant AI Baseline a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised assessment data to improve our models.
Limitation of Liability
AI Baseline is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
