Frequently Asked Questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire — whether purchased one-time or through a subscription. They stay in your account until you use them.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You keep all unused credits and access to your results. You just won't receive new credits after the current billing period ends.
Teams: what's the difference between the subscription and credits?
The subscription unlocks your team workspace — dashboard, analytics, member management, coaching briefs. Credits power the assessments inside it (one credit per person assessed). Both are required. You can't access the workspace without a subscription, and you can't assess people without credits. This split keeps workspace access predictable while letting credit spend scale with how many people you actually assess.
Teams: how many members can I add?
Unlimited. There's no seat cap on team subscriptions. You can invite as many members as you want. What scales is credits — each assessment consumes one credit from your team's shared pool. Buy credits in bundles based on how many people you plan to assess.
Teams: what happens after I sign up?
(1) Create your workspace — pick a name, slug, team type (Business or Education), and write a short org context paragraph. (2) Subscribe and buy a credit bundle sized to your rollout (e.g. 50 credits for a 50-person team). (3) Invite members via direct email or share a join code like AIBASELINE-WORD-WORD-1234. (4) As each person completes the assessment, a credit is consumed and their score populates your dashboard. (5) Read the dashboard and use signal to decide who leads workflow design, who needs coaching, who waits.
Is my profile public?
You control visibility. You can keep your profile private or make it public to share with employers, collaborators, or on your resume.
Can I take the assessment multiple times?
Yes. Each credit unlocks one full assessment. Retaking assessments is a great way to measure your growth over time.
